Maisonette room
In our Maisonette Rooms, you have two floors all to yourself. The stylish living and sleeping area is connected to the bathroom by a staircase. If you enjoy being on a higher level, you will surely feel very comfortable in our Maisonette Rooms. Please note that due to the sloping roof, some of these rooms have bathtubs instead of showers. As you know, the history of our house dates back to 1472 – and back then, not everything was perfectly straight.

Cozy Cloud Double Room (Private Infrared Cabin) in the Annex
Welcome to the "Cozy Cloud" – the perfect retreat for those who love it cozy! This special double room is located on the 3rd floor of our annex building (no elevator – but don’t worry, we’re happy to help with your luggage) and comes with some fantastic extras for ultimate relaxation.
The "Cozy Cloud" features a separate living and sleeping area, providing plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy the soothing warmth of your private infrared cabin, be enchanted by the flicker-free glow of the water vapor fireplace, or end the evening in bed under a starlit sky at the push of a button.

Studios in the annex building
For those who prefer privacy, you can stay with your entire family in our two spacious studios. Each studio offers 60 square meters of space, including two bedrooms. Between the two sleeping areas, there is a large living room with plenty of room for playing, relaxing, or cozy gatherings. And because we’re not stingy, these rooms can also be rented by guests who want to enjoy the luxury of sleeping in these large apartments alone or with a partner. The studios are located in our annex building (no elevator – but don’t worry, we’re happy to help with your luggage).

Junior suite
Our Junior Suite simply makes our guests happy. Everything here is designed for enjoyment and indulgence. With a view of our beautiful garden, you will sleep wonderfully peacefully and can peacefully unwind from an eventful day. This is also possible in the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large corner bathtub.
Why not enjoy a glass of champagne in the bubble bath while watching a nice movie on the flatscreen TV or quickly checking a few stock prices? Some of our guests never wanted to check out of the Junior Suite.

Suite
Need space? You get space! Plenty of it. Our exclusive suite is a generous 50 sqm and is located on the top floor of our hotel, which you will have all to yourself. We recommend moving into our suite with a companion to avoid getting lost too quickly. However, if you still prefer to come alone, we’ll gladly provide you with some orientation tips beforehand: walk-in closet, shower, large bathtub, minibar, two flatscreen TVs, stereo system with Bluetooth, and more.
Of course, the view is also wonderful: you’ll be overlooking our garden and the rooftops of Kempten. The suite is not accessible by elevator – but don’t worry, we’re happy to help with your luggage.
